How to Order (if not by PayPal above):
By E-Mail:
E-Mail us and let us know which plans you want. Include your Mailing Address, a 'phone number or your E-Mail (in case we need to reach you), and your Visa/MC, or American Express info (Acct. Number, Expiration Date, Name, Etc.). Feel free to include comments and such, as this is supposed to be an interactive medium, after all. We try to acknowledge E-Mail orders as quickly as we can. Those of you worrying about your credit info being snatched out of the aether like a little electronic trout have a couple of options: You can split your number into a couple of separate e-mails, you can send the numbers via fax or telephone and e-mail us the other information so we get it clearly, or you can order via the secure PayPal cart above.
By Mail:
Send us a Cheque, Money Order, or your Visa/MC, or American Express info, 'phone number or E-Mail, and a list of the plans you would like. You could print this page and circle the plans you want, or type it up yourself, or scribble it on a matchbook (legibility suffers a bit this way, and your chances of getting the plans you want gets iffy); it's pretty much up to you.

We will need all of the same information as above for Mail or E-Mail orders: Visa/MC, or American Express number and expiration, your address and 'phone or E-Mail, etc. We may be out of the office and in the shop, so please leave a message if you miss us!
Our Fax number is 830-634-7734. Sending a fax order is a very secure way to transfer your credit card information to us. As with all of our ordering methods, we need your name, address, telephone number, the plans you want to order, and your credit card information (number and expiration date). When sending a fax, it's a good idea to e-mail us a quick notification that you sent us something; this way we know if the fax gets lost or messed up (which can happen from time to time.)

Okay, we don't know the first thing about pigeons actually, so probably this wouldn't be such a good way to go...

All plans and video package prices include First Class Postage in the U.S. Orders going to foreign destinations need to include an additional shipping cost for First Class Overseas delivery. Please use the chart below to determine how much you need to add to your order.

Please be sure to let us know what plans you want. About once a month we get an order which is unclear to us—usually they mention both the Weekender and the Vacationer and switch back and forth in the order so we have no idea which one the person actually wanted. Make sure you're clear in your order just in case our heads are not...
Rush-orders are not available generally; we do sometimes make exceptions in cases of Birthdays, etc. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. Our credit card company seems to have a problem with debit cards. I have no idea why, but be warned: your debit card may be rejected by our service. We suggest you use the PayPal ordering procedure if you have a debit card.
Prices quoted are in U.S. funds. Texas orders please include 8.25% sales tax (the PayPal orders have this added automatically.) International orders note: We do not accept bank transfers to our account, so don't ask for our account information.
As always, if you're not pleased with the plans you receive, we will give you a refund, or exchange them.
We will consider interesting trades, but seldom receive trade offers, more's the pity.
Return Policy: We are willing to refund or exchange plans and videotapes in the rare event you find they're not what you expected. We will refund or exchange your order for any reason up to 30 days. After 30 days, we will only accept misprinted plans or defective videotapes for exchange or refund. In any case, be sure to include a note explaining what you want us to do: Don't just send the order back without a name or address (we've had plans come back with no identifying information, so it does happen!) Orders should be returned in the condition and manner in which you received them, or else we may not be able to give you full credit (we're pretty understanding, but please don't send the plans back mangled...)
Your plans will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but you should allow ten to fourteen days for delivery (especially overseas orders).
